So I mentioned this in my suggestions so I'll just make it a mission (I hope this counts as one)

So the mission is do something kind! Even if it's small like make something for someone check up on friends you haven't for a long while ! Make someones day.

We often over look the impact of small actions or doing them coz were focused on our own lives and it's a reminder that someone around u needs it.

As a dollars we do good so be the good you want to see in the world and post it! Whether describing it or posting a pic (be sure not to dox urself) would love to see our communities collective effort : D

I always listen and trying to help my friends that was feel sad although i feel sad too but i still want to help them and actually after helping that, i feel so good like all of my sadness is gone after helping with their problem, (idk if i just have savior complex or not) but doing something like this surely make me feel so good, even making my friends smile after bad day is feels so good too!

SAME! Even tho I have my own problems and things that make me sad when I just give a helping hand to somone and see their smile legit makes my day!! Like that's something I wanna to protect. Im glad it helps u feel better ❤️ esp when u care Abt them even tho u have ur own stuff going on. Shows how ur connections are a source of healing

Sometimes strangers will tell me things that may be hard to hear, so I try not to judge them if possible. There is a variety of variables people have zero control over, and Life can seem overwhelming. Sometimes people tell me their issues as a coping method so the main thing to do is not overreact, and be sympathetic and listen patiently. I don't always succeed, but at least that person was able to breath after telling someone their version of the truth.

Frfr although I've not experienced it people around me have and I get that it's sometimes a bit out of the blue so it feels a bit overwhelming but ya ur so real for being patient and trying to listen maybe the person just is really burned out and keep it to themselves or that they don't have a support system so just listening to them might be a small thing but it'd go miles for them I respect u for that, also when we hear others out for a moment we take a break from our own lives were so preoccupied with and finally for just sometime sympathise with somone else

This Wednesday I treated my friend on a meal! Felt goooddd

Helped a friend get a car, it took 7 hours, multiple trips, kinda hated it, but I knew it was the good thing to do... To help. In my community people rarely have time for anything other than work, but we sometimes help each other.

Last weekend some of our coworkers went out to bars and the final place had a fee to get in. One of them is a new mom with a one years old so she hasn’t been working regularly. She and some others felt like the fee at the door was too much (20 bucks) and they considered going to a bar next door. We didnt want the group to split so I asked if I could pay for her, I joked that I’d sponsor her lol. She accepted after I promised it was okay. Money in the pocket is nice but fun memories are worth far more. ^-^

donated some cash to a pal in need <3 I was super on the fence bc boss hadn't called me in in a while (slow this time of year), so income is scary lol. But this thread made me feel charitable. So good job Non, you making this thread last year is still having rippling effects <3 you all deserve pats on the back tbh!
